Seller warranty policy
Global Watch Source provides a 12-month seller warranty on eligible products from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the watch under ordinary use and conditions.
Covered defects may include
- Movement malfunction
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty crowns or pushers
- Internal mechanical or quartz defects
This warranty does not cover
- Battery replacement
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, or negligence
- Water damage unless expressly covered by the manufacturer’s specifications and used within those specifications
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
Making a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Global Watch Source with their order details and a description of the issue.
Global Watch Source reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion where a valid warranty claim is accepted.
